Help
Everything you need to watch PPV from Selangor FC PPV platform — buying a pass, opening the stream, and fixing the problems that come up most.
How to buy a PPV pass
- Find your match on the matches page. Every match on sale shows a red "Buy PPV" button.
- Tap "Buy PPV". The official payment page for that match opens.
- Fill in your name, e-mail address, and phone number. Use details you can check on match day — your access is tied to them.
- Pay RM15 by FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, a debit or credit card, or an e-wallet.
- Your pass arrives on WhatsApp within seconds, on the number you entered. Tap the access button in the message.
- A copy goes to your e-mail, and your access stays on the payment page — use whichever reaches you first.
How to watch your stream
- Open your access link.
- Enter the e-mail address or phone number you used when you paid.
- Tap "Access Content". A one-time code (OTP) is sent to you.
- Enter the OTP. The stream page opens.
- The stream goes live at kick-off — 4:45 PM. Arrive a few minutes early.
Payment methods
Bayarcash, a registered payment gateway, processes every payment. Nothing to download, no account to register. You can pay with:
- FPX online banking — all major Malaysian banks.
- DuitNow QR — scan and pay from any supported bank or e-wallet app.
- Debit or credit card — Visa and Mastercard.
- E-wallets — as listed on the payment page.
Troubleshooting
No confirmation arrived
- Check WhatsApp on the number you entered when you paid, then your e-mail including the spam folder.
- Check your payment went through — your bank or e-wallet shows the debit.
- Still nothing after 15 minutes? Write to [email protected] with your payment reference.
The OTP does not arrive
- Confirm you entered the same e-mail or phone number you used when you paid.
- Wait one minute, then request the code again.
- Check your phone signal, and your e-mail spam folder.
Wrong details at payment
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- We reissue your access to the correct address or number.
How many devices can watch?
- One pass streams on one device at a time — one ticket, one person, exactly as at the stadium gate.
How much data does a match use?
- A full match uses roughly 1GB to 2GB at normal quality. Use Wi-Fi where you can.
The stream keeps buffering
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router, or switch to a stronger network.
- Close other apps and downloads sharing the connection.
- Refresh the stream page.
